What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We are based in the UK but ship worldwide.  Please see our shipping page for more information.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments using Paypal secure servers so that your financial transactions and data are fully protected.  You may also pay using a credit/debit card using Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.  To do so please click the button in our Checkout Pane which will take you to Paypal and there on the initial Paypal screen towards the bottom will be the option to pay with a credit/debit card.  If you have difficulty please contact us using the Contact Form on this page and we can help you put your payment through.

How long will delivery take?

We are known for our super-fast delivery.  If you don’t believe us, just have a look at our testimonials.  Since costumes are bespoke please contact us for the exact delivery time using the Contact Form on this page.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website is fully encrypted with modern SSL encryption and we process all payments on Paypal secure servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you put your order through you should immediately receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive your confirmation email please first check your spam folder.  If there is still no sign of an email from us then please contact us using the Contact Form on this page to check the status of your order.  It may not have come through.  Any subsequent contact with us can be done via email.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email detailing your order and its costings which will act as your invoice.  If you need something further then please contact us using email or the Contact Form on this page.
